Greece: 38-year-old died of H1N1 flu in Chania - 6 fatalities in Crete

A 38-year-old Haniotis left life in the ICU of the Chania Hospital, as he was hospitalized for a week with flu. The 38-year-old had experienced a high fever, but for several days he had not visited a hospital or a private person, so his health was burdened long before he was introduced to Intensive.
This is the only confirmed case of H1N1 in the hospital of Chania.

Another death from complications of the H1N1 flu virus was recorded today in Crete


She is a 55-year-old woman who has had chronic health problems, had not been vaccinated, and her condition was overwhelmed.
The unfortunate woman was hospitalized at the Intensive Care Unit of the University Hospital of Heraklion and this morning she ended up. It is the fifth victim of the influenza virus this year in Crete.

[h=1]50 years old in severe condition with H1N1 in Crete[/h]
In severe condition, 50 years old from Heraklion is hospitalized in Rethymno hospital, who was transferred for adequate hospitalization at the General Hospital Hospital (ICN) after being diagnosed with H1N1. As the hospital administrator, Giorgos Frangiadakis, said in this report, the man is paraplegic with already severe health and is in the ICU since February 12th. "He has chronic problems, he came to our hospital having done the vaccine, he is in a serious condition but his life is not jeopardized," said Mr. Frangiadakis, while informing that a six-year-old had been discharged yesterday from a hospital who had been diagnosed with the particular type of virus.

Since the beginning of the year, there have been only six confirmed cases in the GNP, which, according to Mr. Frangiadaki, were hospitalized and one of them ended up a month ago.
