The graph below shows the cumulative count of confirmed H1N1 cases in Chile from May 24, through June 10, 2009. Chile is in the southern hemisphere so now it is the high flu season there.

There has been a rapid increase in confirmed cases in the past 10 days. Chile now has the largest number of H1N1 cases in South America. As noted in this thread, experts believe that more than 21,000 Chileans have been infected with H1N1.
