وفى ذات السياق يجرى العمل على إنتاج طعم فى مصر مضاد لأنفلونزا A(H1N1) وذلك فى غضون عام، مع التأكيد على أنه تم التعاقد مع شركة جلاكسو البريطانية لتوريد 5 ملايين جرعة من المصل المضاد للمرض، على أن تأتى هذه الجرعات على فترات مختلفة، حيث سيتم الحصول على 80 ألف جرعة فى شهر أكتوبر المقبل لتطعيم الحجاج المصريين قبل سفرهم لأداء فريضة الحج.
