Girl with H1N1 was discharged
The girl of eight years, from Caazap?, which was the first case of H1N1 in the year and was admitted to the Central Hospital of the IPS in June, was discharged.
Dr. Guido Zarate, Medical Coordinator of Epidemiological Surveillance of Central Hospital, said that the girl left the hospital on Monday 9 August.
The girl was admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit from 23 last June, then moved to intermediate care and finally, a common room of Pediatrics.
The latest report on Acute Respiratory Infections in the Central Hospital, for yesterday afternoon August 11, reports on 13 patients hospitalized for respiratory symptoms, five of them in the Intensive Care Unit, three in the adult and two in pediatric
