Gharbia Governorate (Arabic: الغربية‎) is one of the governorates of Egypt. It is located in the north of the country, south of Kafr el-Sheikh Governorate, and north of Monufia Governorate. Its capital is Tanta, which is 90 km from Cairo, and 120 km from Alexandria. The largest city in Gharbia is El-Mahalla El-Kubra. The total area of Gharbia governorate is 25,400 km?, making it the tenth largest governorate of Egypt. Its population is 3,790,670 (2001) . Kafr Alziyat, is located in this governorate.

El-Mahalla El-Kubra (Arabic: المحلة الكبرى‎) is a large industrial and agricultural city in Egypt, located in the middle of the Nile Delta on the Western bank of the Damietta branch. It's known for its dominate textile industry. It is the largest city of the Gharbia Governorate, with a population of approximately 442,000 inhabitants (2001 statistics).

احتجاز 3 للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بأنفلوانزا الطيور بالغربية

احتجزت مستشفى حميات المحلة 3 حالات جديدة للاشتباة بإصابتهم بمرض أنفلوانزا الطيور وتم حجزهم بالأماكن المخصصة لذلك لحين التأكد من مدى إصابتهم بالمرض من عدمه.

حيث تم احتجاز عبد الرحمن فتحى يوسف (15 سنة) طالب من قرية كفردمرو مركز المحلة ومحمد فتحى يوسف البسطويسى 7( سنوات) تلميذ من كفردمرو ونزرا عبد العاطى عبد الغفار (11 سنة) تلميذة من منطقة الرجبى بأول المحلة.

تم أخذ عينة دم ومسحة حلق من المرضى وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية الخاصة بوزارة الصحة، كما تم إعطاؤهم عقار التايمفلو.

صرح بذلك الدكتور عصام عثمان مدير إدارة الطب الوقائى بمديرية الصحة بالغربية.

قامت مديريات الصحة فى عدد من المحافظات باحتجاز حالات جديدة للاشتباه فى إصابتها بأنفلونزا الطيور، حيث قامت مستشفى حميات طنطا بحجز حالتين جديدتين للاشتباه فى إصابتهما بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور بعد شعورهما بارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة وضيق بالتنفس.

حيث تم حجزهما فى الأماكن المخصصة لذلك، لحين التأكد من مدى إصابتهما بالمرض من عدمه وإعطائهما عقار التايمفلو والمشتبه فى إصابتهما، وهما أدهم ياسر أحمد الحنفى (4 سنوات) من سمنود وفتحى أشرف عبد الستار 3 سنوات من شارع حسن القاضى بمنطقة الجمهورية بالمحلة.

تم أخذ عينات دم منهما ومسحة حلق وإرسالهما للمعامل المركزية لمعرفة مدى إصابتهما بالمرض من عدمه، صرح بذلك الدكتور عصام عثمان مدير إدارة الطب الوقائى بالغربية.

كما احتجز مستشفى حميات المنيا 4 حالات للاشتباه فى إصابتها بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، وذلك لارتفاع درجة الحرارة والرشح الدائم والحالات هى عبد العزيز رجائى عقيلة (7 سنوات) من قرية شوشة مركز سمالوط، وأسامة ربيع عبد الله (3 سنوات) من قرية الشعراوية بسمالوط، ويسرى صموئيل (4 شهور) من دير جبل الطير، ويوسف سلام محسن (شهران) من بنى مزار، تم أخذ العينات اللازمة لإرسالها إلى المعامل المركزية للتأكد من سلبيتها.


وفى نجع حمادى احتجز مستشفى الحميات طفل للاشتباه فى إصابته بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، حيث دخل ياسر عبد النبى (عامان) من قرية السلامية إلى المستشفى وهو يعانى ارتفاعا فى درجة الحرارة والسعال المستمر، وأعراضا مشابهة لمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، وتبين أنه مخالط لطيور مصابة، وتم أخذ عينة من الطفل وإرسالها إلى المعامل المركزية، للتأكد من إصابته بالمرض من عدمه.

فيما أعلن اللواء محمد سيف الدين جلال محافظ السويس، عن عدم وجود أى حالات إصابات لأنفلونزا الخنازير فى نطاق المحافظة وشدد على ضرورة التخطيط الجيد للتصدى للمرض الخطير، وزيادة توعية المواطنين عن طريق مراكز الأعلام والجمعيات الأهلية.

وقال محافظ السويس بأنه قد تم تجهيز مقر لإدارة الأزمات ومتابعة تطور انتشار المرض فى مصر ورصدها، ومحاولة منع دخوله إلى السويس، وأنه قد تم إعدام 7 آلاف طائر متنوع وهدم 30 عشة الأسبوع الماضى فى حملات قادها رؤساء الأحياء بالاشتراك مع مديرية أمن السويس والطب البيطرى للسيطرة على أنفلونزا الطيور.

we have an Egyptian friend coming from Italy for a visit and of course my wife wants to polish and clean everything.

they plan on visiting marsa martrouh for a week at the beach I sent her some links she said, so-what. its egypt, if it don't kill you it makes you stronger. I hope she gets through the airport ok and does not give them our address.. they have been planning this for a year and seem determined to go.

احتجزت حميات طنطا 7 حالات جديدة للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بمرض أنفلوانزا الطيور بعد شعورهم بارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة، وتم أخذ عينة دم ومسحة حلق وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية للتأكد من مجدى إصابتهم بالمرض من عدمه، وحجزهم وعزلهم بالأماكن المخصصة لذلك وإعطائهم عقار التايمفلو.

حيث تم احتجاز شمس صلاح الدين محمد (4 سنوات) وياقوت بدير معوض (35 سنة) والسيد خاطر العيسوى (55 سنة) وسامح عبد الحميد مصطفى (22 سنة) ومسعد السيد محمود (29 سنة)، والحالات من بسيون والمحلة وسمنود وطنطا، صرح بذلك الدكتور شريف حمودة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالغربية.

كما احتجزت مستشفى حميات المنيا طفلين للاشتباه فى إصابتهما بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، حيث كانت المستشفى قد استقبلت طفلين، وهما محمد عيد سعد جمعة (5 سنوات) منشية الجزائر بمغاغة وأسامة إسماعيل صلاح إسماعيل (3 سنوات) من قرية دماريس بالمنيا لارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة ورشح مستمر وضيق فى التنفس، وعلى الفور تم عمل الإسعافات الأولية وأخذ عينات لإرسالها للمعامل المركزية للتأكد من نتيجة التحاليل.

وقد صرح الدكتور أسامة التهامى مدير مكافحة أنفلونزا الطيور، أن المستشفى تحتجز داخلها 13 حالة للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، وفى انتظار العينات من المعامل المركزية مؤكداً أنه لم تظهر حالة إيجابية حتى الآن بالمنيا 9

احتجزت اليوم الاثنين مستشفى حميات طنطا والمحلة 9 حالات جديدة للاشتباه في إصابتهم بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور فيما خرجت فرق من مديرية الصحة والطب البيطري لفحص الأفراد والطيور المخالطين للمصابين .

احتجزت مستشفى حميات طنطا كلا من شحاتة محمد (40 سنة) من مدينة بسيون، وتم وضع 5 مخالطين له تحت المراقبة الصحية لحين ورود نتيجة تحليل العينة.

كما احتجزت إبراهيم عبده (9 سنوات) من قري الناصرية التابعة لمركز لطنطا، وتم وضع 7 من أفراد أسرته تحت المراقبة الطبية، وإعدام 7 طيور واخذ عينات منها، وفاطمة قطب (47 سنة) من قرية كتامة مركز بسيون، وتم وضع 9 من أقاربها تحت الملاحظة الطبية وإعدام 20 طائر واخذ 24 عينة من الطيور.

وشمل الاحتجاز سمير احمد (41 سنة) من طنطا وتم وضع 4 أفراد من أسرته تحت الملاحظة الطبية، ومصطفى سمير من قرية الشجاعية بالمحلة الكبرى، وكوثر سعيد من قرية شبراط مركز بسيون.

فيما احتجزت مستشفى حميات المحلة كلا من عبد الله السيد من المحلة الكبرى، وإسراء عبد الفتاح (26 سنة) من المحلة، ومسعد القلينى (29 سنة) من منشية السلام المحلة الكبرى.

وعلى الفور تم إعطائهم عقار "تاميفلو"، واخذ عينات دم ومسحة حلق منهما، وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية بوزارة الصحة للتأكد من إصابتهم بالمرض من عدمه.

وتم تشكيل لجنة من مديرية الصحة بالغربية والطب البيطري والوقائي والوحدات المحلية، للانتقال إلى أماكن إقامة المشتبه بإصابتهم بأنفلونزا الطيور وتوقيع الكشف الطبي علي المخالطين لهم وتم التنبيه عليهم في حالة ظهور أي أعراض مرضية بالتوجه إلى اقرب مستشفى وسيتم متابعة المخالطين المباشرين يوميا ولمدة 10 أيام، وتم تطهير المنازل وإعدام الطيور المنزلية الموجودة بها.

احتجز مستشفى حميات المنيا حالتين للاشتباه فى إصابتهما بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، حيث كانت الحالتان تعانيان ارتفاعا شديدا فى درجة الحرارة وضيقا فى التنفس، فأسرعا إلى مستشفى حميات المنيا. واستقبل المستشفى الحالتين وهما: عبير محمد عثمان سيد (24 سنة) طالبة من قرية بنى سعيد مركز أبو قرقاص، والطفل أحمد هانى عبد الرحيم (3 سنوات) مركز أبو قرقاص. وأكد الدكتور أسامة التهامى مدير مكافحة أنفلونزا الطيور، أنه تم احتجاز الحالتين، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة، وأخذ العينات وإرسالها إلى معامل التحليل المركزية بالقاهرة للتأكد من سلبية العينات.

واحتجز مستشفى حميات طنطا حالتين جديدتين، بعد ارتفاع درجة حرارتهما وشعورهما بآلام فى العظام وضيق فى التنفس، وهما: حسن فرج محمد غانم (23 سنة) عامل بمزرعة دواجن بقرية منيل الهويشات مركز طنطا، ومحمد عبد الحليم صابر السباعى (8 سنوات) من قرية محلة حسن مركز المحلة، وتم إعطاؤهما عقار التايمفلو لحين ورود نتيجة العينات الخاصة بهما، وأخذ عينة دم ومسحة حلق وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية الخاصة بوزارة الصحة، للتأكد من مدى إصابتهما بالمرض من عدمه.

صرح بذلك الدكتور عصام عثمان مدير إدارة الطب الوقائى بالغربية، الذى أكد على سلبية عينة 9 حالات أخرى، وخرجت من المستشفيات بعد استقرار حالتها. 4

احتجز مستشفى المنشاوى العام، بالغربية حالة جديدة لمواطن قادم من أمريكا للاشتباه فى إصابته بأنفلونزا الخنازير، بعد ظهور أعراض المرض عليه وارتفاع درجة حرارته، خاصة وأنه قادم من منطقة ترتفع فيها أعداد الإصابة بالمرض.

تم احتجاز المواطن هانى حسين عبد المقصود (33 سنة) مقيم بمنطقة الصاغة بأول طنطا، فى مستشفى المنشاوى العام، وتم عزله بالأماكن المخصصة لذلك، وأخذ مسحة حلق وعينة دم وإرسالهم للمعامل المركزية، لبيان مدى إصابته بالمرض من عدمه وإعطائه عقار "التايمفلو" لحين ورود نتيجة العينة الخاصة به.

كما احتجز مستشفى حميات طنطا ثلاث حالات جديدة للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور بعد ظهور أعراض المرض عليهم، وهم سماح التهامى عبد الشافى (26 سنة) ربة منزل، من قرية ميت بدر حلاوة، وكريم محمد فرج جبر من عزبة طريق دمرو، مركز المحلة عام، والعربى عبد العال (47 سنة) من قرية شونى مركز طنطا.

وتم أخذ عينة دم ومسحة حلق وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية الخاصة بوزارة الصحة لبيان مدى إصابتهم بالمرض من عدمه، وإعطائهم عقار التايمفلو لحين ورود نتيجة العينات الخاصة بهم، وهو ما صرح به الدكتور شريف حمودة، وكيل وزارة الصحة بالغربية.

وفى المنيا، احتجز مستشفى الحميات بالمحافظة منال مشمش رزق ناشد (10 سنوات) من قرية جبل الطيل بسمالوط، وهويدا على عبد العزيز (33 سنة) من صفط الخمار.

وأكد أسامة التهامى مدير مكافحة أنفلونزا الطيور، أن الاشتباه فى المرض بدأ يتقلص بصورة كبيرة، حيث توجد أيام لا يستقبل فيها المستشفى أى حالات، وذلك نتيجة تزايد وعى المواطنين عبر وسائل الإعلام وندوات التوعية والتثقيف.

الحالات المشتبه بإصاباتها بأنفلونزا الطيور من قرى ومراكز محافظة الغربية

صرح الدكتور عصام عثمان مدير إدارة الطب الوقائى بالغربية، أن مستشفى حميات طنطا احتجزت أربع حالات جديدة للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور.

وأكد الدكتور عصام، أنه تم احتجازهم بعد ظهور أعراض المرض عليهم، وتم عزلهم بالأماكن المخصصة لذلك وأخذ عينة دم ومسحة حلق وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية الخاصة بوزارة الصحة لبيان مدى إصابتهم بالمرض من عدمه، وإعطاؤهم عقار التايمفلو لحين ورود نتيجة العينات الخاصة بهم.

تم احتجاز كل من سعيد محمد الصواف (عام ونصف) من قحافة بطنطا وأمل منصور أحمد (36 سنة) من قرية شووبر والعربى الغباشى (47 سنة) من قرية شونى وسماح التهامى (26 سنة) من قرية ميت بدر حلاوة ربة منزل.

صرح الدكتور شريف حمودة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالغربية، أنه تم احتجاز 4 حالات جديدة بحميات طنطا للاشتباه فى إصابتها بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور بعد ظهور أعراض المرض عليها من بينهم طفلان.. حيث تم احتجاز كل من هبة آدم مسعد أحمد (3 سنوات) من قرية النجاح محافظة البحيرة، وإيمان صبحى رزق فارس (18 سنة) من قرية ميت يزيد مركز السنطة، وإيمان نصر أحمد محمد (40 سنة) ربة منزل من العجيزى بطنطا، ونجلها يوسف قاسم رمضان السيد (9 أشهر).

تم عزل الحالات بالأماكن المخصصة لذلك وأخذ عينة دم ومسحة حلق وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية الخاصة بوزارة الصحة، لبيان مدى إصابتها بالمرض من عدمه، وإعطائها عقار التايمفلو لحين ورود نتيجة العينات الخاصة بهم.
