Three persons have been confirmed dead with 16 reported cases in the Northern Region following an outbreak of meningitis in some districts , MyNewsGh.com has gathered.

The Zabzugu District has confirmed one of the cases as Streptococcus Pneumoniae and the patient referred to the district hospital with cases coming from communities like Jamoni, Moneigu A , Moneigu B, Wasado Gmagundo and Jagrido all in the area...
