mixin,

In my opinion, there MUST be significant underreporting of new cases in Europe and Germany.

Both, ECDC an RKI, haven?t officially changed their recommendations on what is a "suspected case" (ILI/fever + epidemiolgical link). In practice that is the main trigger for testing. Surprisingly most of the cases in Europe seem to be ?mild?.

In the meanwhile at least one third of the European cases and more than 50 percent of the German cases are in-country transmissions, but ECDC and RKI still insist on "the epidemiological link". So you won?t find, what you aren?t looking for.
