Data included on this page covers the period from 2020-02-26 to 2021-02-14 and may not be updated according to newest official numbers from Statens Serum Institut. Regional placement reflects where a person has official address, not necessarily where that person was infected. The data may also be subject to change.
Sequencing coverage
The plot below shows the number of cases with positive SARS-CoV-2 test, summarized per week (total height) for whole of Denmark and each region separately. Each bar is split into cases not sequenced (grey), sequenced cases that did not produce a genome of sufficient quality (yellow) and sequenced cases with a good quality genome (blue). A table with all numbers is located at the bottom of this page.

The plots below show the number of cases with a specific lineage or mutation of interest per week (only last 16 weeks shown) out of the total number of cases with a genome in paranthesis below. Top pane shows for all of Denmark, then for each Region. For international context on these and other interesting mutations read more here.
