The student who tested positive for exposure does not necessarily have TB. The student has only tested positive for being exposed to TB germs.

MARTINEZ, Ga. (WRDW) -- A confirmed case of exposure to Tuberculosis has been identified in a 4th grade student at Martinez Elementary.

Thursday afternoon the school was informed by Public Health Department that the student was exposed to TB, Columbia County Superintendent, Dr. Sandra Carraway, said. The student was removed from the classroom...
