Sayyed Abul Qomsan attributed Chairman of the Committee on Grievances Ministry, contrary to the reason for the rejection of shipments of standard specifications. كان ?أبو إسماعيل? قد استورد 10 أطنان من قطع الدجاج المجمدة لتوزيعها بالأسواق خلال شهر رمضان المبارك. The ?Abu Ismail? had imported 10 tons of frozen chicken pieces for distribution markets during the holy month of Ramadan.
وردت الشحنات إلي البلاد عن طريق ميناء الإسكندرية قادمة من البرازيل في 28 يوليو الماضي وتحمل شهادة جمركية رقم 12333. Received shipments into the country through the port of Alexandria, coming from Brazil on July 28 last certified customs No. 12333. فوجئ ?أبو إسماعيل? برفض الهيئة العامة للرقابة علي الصادرات والواردات الشحنة بسبب عدم مطابقتها للمواصفات القياسية الخاصة بفترات الصلاحية. Surprised ?Abu Ismail? reject the General Authority for control over the export and import cargo because of non-compliance to the standard specifications of validity periods. وعلمت ?الوفد? أن أبو القمصان سيقوم برفع مذكرة الي المهندس رشيد محمد رشيد وزير التجارة تتعلق بأسباب الرفض خاصة بعد علمه بقيام ?أبو إسماعيل? بتقديم شكوي ضده إلي الوزير. ومن جانبه نفي خالد أبو إسماعيل تماما تقدمه بشكوي ضد سيد أبو القمصان أو لجنة التظلمات للإفراج عن الشحنات المحتجزة بميناء الإسكندرية، مؤكدا أن المواصفات المصرية لم تعد تصلح للعمل بها في مجال الدواجن المجمدة لأنها تشترط أن تكون فترة الصلاحية 3 أشهر، في حين أن المواصفات الأوروبية تصل إلي 24 شهرا، والخليجية 12 شهرا، ولبنان 18 شهرا.
