Two people in France have become infected with the H1N1 swine flu, health minister Roselyne Bachelot has revealed - confirming the country's first cases of the virus.

Sky News: First For Breaking News

"There are now two confirmed cases," she said, adding there was a third "very suspect case which is very likely to be positive."

She said all three had been in Mexico. They are all in hospitals in Paris and are doing well, she added.
