A fourth Orange County adult has died from the flu, the county's Health Care Agency said Friday.

The unidentified woman, 46, had no underlying risk factors for complications, said spokeswoman Nicole Stanfield.

Orange County figures:

2009-10 H1N1 (swine) flu: 57 deaths

2011-12: 1 death

2012-13: 4 deaths

So far this season, the four deaths have been adults in their 40s or 50s. It's unknown whether they had been vaccinated. The first death occurred in late December.
