As you can see the above is a snap shot from our server. We are public about our stats because apparently some people do not know our reach.
We have been a "major player" in the digital disease detection arena for many years. Our stats vary year to year depending on what outbreaks are occurring.
Below is a screen shot from our server for 2013 - the first year of the H7N9 avian flu outbreak:
Below is a screen shot from our server for 2009 for the first year of the H1N1 pandemic. We changed servers in May 2009 so there is a lapse of statistics for about 6 weeks:

And yet we are treated very much like a 2nd class citizen by the infectious disease elite in the United States.
We do not accept any ads, government, or corporate money. We do not have any motivation to "produce" or say we are the "first" or "largest". We do not ask for donations - especially in this hard time for everyone. In fact, we have turned down recent generous offers.
We are Independent Media.
