Although not very active, the influenzal viruses made their appearance on the whole French territory, notably in Ile-de-France and in the west region, according to the last newsletter of surveillance of the network of the Regional Groups of Observation of Influenza (HOT TODDY) published on Wednesday, November 17th. It is viruses A (H3N2), Is (H1N1) and B. The clinical activity of influenza is also in progress in several regions, to know the Burgundy, Auvergne, Haute-Normandie and Nord-Pas-de-Calais. HOT TODDY also point out that the impact of the high-pitched respiratory infections WILL (GO) to general medicine and to paediatrics was considered to be weak-willed person for week from 8 till 14 November of this year. Besides, rhinovirus is less active on France.
This week, HOT TODDY followed 16.381 customers of chemist's shops, 29.343 patients of general medicine, 5.717 patients of paediatrics, 1.696 military consultations, 51.121 calls to SOS Doctors, 3.570 cases of IRISH REPUBLICAN ARMY and 38 % of the French market of pharmaceutical sharing out.
