NEW ROCHELLE ? An otherwise healthy, 4-year-old city boy has died of complications from the flu, county Health Department officials confirmed this afternoon.

The boy became ill last month and had been hospitalized until he died of bacterial pneumonia on Friday. He did not receive the flu vaccine, health officials said
