Since the beginning of the epidemic season, five people in Ukraine have died from flu-related complications, the Center of Public Health wrote on Facebook.

"From October 2019 to January 12, 2020, five adults died from flu-related complications: two women and three men. Three deaths were recorded in Zhytomyr region, one in Ternopil region and one in Zaporizhzhia region. None of the dead had influenza vaccination. The first flu death was recorded on December 31,” reads the report...
