First human death from influenza in Arica
The case would be a woman of 24 years who were diagnosed with Influenza Humana last July 26. His death occurred in the early hours of Wednesday because of a severe complication.

According to information released by La Estrella de Arica, the first case of death due to H1N1 virus, it would be for a woman aged 24, who died on Wednesday morning by a severe complication associated with influenza.
According to reports issued by the Health SEREMI, Silvia Zamorano, the woman was suffering a chronic disease which led to her hospitalization in the ICU on July 24 at the Hospital Dr. Juan Noe.
The patient would have been confirmed as the new human case of Influenza July 26, after practice exam PCR.
