Influenza A (H1N1) made the fifth victim in Cear?, female again. The death occurred last Friday (18) at St. Joseph Hospital in Fortaleza and was confirmed on Monday by the hospital's Director, Anastasius Queiroz.
' Was a woman, she has entered into serious state and spent several days in the hospital, including went to ICU, informed the doctor.
This is the second case of death by disease in Fortaleza. Other cases were reported in the municipality of Beberibe and Piranhas, Monsenhor Tabosa.
by Friday (18), Cear? has recorded 129 confirmed cases of influenza A (H1N1), according to Epidemiological Bulletin released by the Secretary of health of the State (Sesa). To give you an idea, occurrence of disease reported this year in the State almost outnumber registered in 2009, 2010 and 2011 together. During the previous three years, the total reached 79, respectively, 28 and 23.
