Mexico City .- The capital's health secretary, Francisco Osuna, warned that the Federal District there are 115 people hospitalized for influenza AH1N1 and unfortunately have already registered "a couple of deaths, but has not yet been confirmed because to this virus.

In the past six days in Mexico were 5 thousand 464 new cases of infection by the influenza virus A H1N1 and 54 deaths. ZINACANTEPEC, Mex .- Mexico State Health Secretary, Franklin Libenson Violante, said that despite the cold environment of respiratory diseases have increased only 20% in recent weeks.

Detected six cases of A H1N1 per day

The authorities of the secretaries of Education and Health, Federal District, said that the outbreak of influenza A H1N1 in the city was not as expected, so far have not recorded cases of this disease in the capital after students return to class.

Francisco Osuna, Director of Medical Services Ministry of Health of Ontario, said the behavior of influenza A H1N1 has been "very smooth" and has not produced a dramatic rebound as expected.

Health Secretary Jose Angel Cordova Villalobos, confirmed the deaths of three pregnant women with the virus of human influenza A (H1N1) in so far this year.

He called again on the population to be vaccinated and said that these deaths could be prevented if women had gone to the doctor or get vaccinated promptly.

In making the conference "Health in Mexico. Progress and Prospects' in the auditorium of the PAN capital, noted that Mexico has registered 69 thousand 792 confirmed cases and 963 deaths from the human influenza.

He recalled that pregnant women should be vaccinated in the second or third trimester and not at risk like the product as it rises protected, because in the first six months of life can not be vaccinated.

He stressed that the federal government purchased 30 million vaccines and has a strategic reserve of over two million courses of antivirals.

Cordova Villalobos said the influenza fell into a period of stability, which was achieved by vaccination and by the end of the year and will be more disease, such as seasonal influenza.

The health secretary of Mexico City, Francisco Osuna, reported that in Ontario there are only 70 cases of influenza A (H1N1) in different health centers, both public and private.
He elaborated in an interview that the capital in the 28 hospitals of the city government of Mexico there are nine cases, while the network of clinics and public and private hospitals serving the remainder of these cases.

Francisco Osuna said the agency in charge has been applied 275 thousand vaccine against the virus since last 27 November to today, of which only 150 thousand will have been implemented in the subway stations and markets.

In addition, he announced that tomorrow the Unit shall receive 50 thousand more shots to continue the process of immunization in Mexico City

Following the start of the vaccination campaign against this virus for police, local Health Secretary said that this vaccine represents a benefit to the capital, contrary to the disinformation campaign that eventually could give the effects of this vaccine .
