Check operation management, slaughtering livestock and poultry

TP - From today, on 25-6, 7 mission of the Department of Animal Health (MARD) examined the management and control of slaughtering livestock and poultry in key areas across the country .

Accordingly, the Group will examine and evaluate the planning and construction of slaughter cattle and poultry concentrated implementation of sanitary, food safety in slaughterhouses; control investigate a number of slaughterhouses, market selling fresh food derived from animal control problem blue ear disease, foot and mouth disease, avian influenza in different localities.

According to the Department of Epidemiology (Department of Animal Health), on 13-6, blue ear epidemic is present in 534 communes in 75 districts, 16 provinces and cities nationwide. Total over 154,700 children infected pigs, pigs dead and destroyed over 70,700 children.

Check slaughtering livestock operations across the country

(ANTD) - Department of Animal Health (MARD) has just written about the implementation of inspection activities and supervise the management control of slaughtering livestock and poultry in the provinces and cities across the country.

Accordingly, this Department will establish seven inspection teams of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government from 14 to 25-6. During this inspection, the inspection team will conduct an assessment of the planning and construction of slaughter cattle and poultry concentrated, inspect the implementation of the regulations on veterinary hygiene, hygiene and food safety at the slaughter of cattle and poultry. Also, the inspection team will inspect in a real slaughter cattle, poultry, and the business market selling fresh food of animal origin.

Local veterinary forces are responsible for reporting control activities slaughtering livestock and poultry in the province and directing the planning and construction of slaughter cattle and poultry over time.
