Last year I purchased about 5 different flavors of dry noodle soups imported from Taiwan. They were less than $1 each.
I just bought one of each flavor, to see if they would be good for food storage.
They gave me diarrhea. I threw out the last 2 packages. I had to take Pepto Bismol..plus I took wild blueberry juice to knock out the runs. It probably was not this resistant Salmonella.
But I purchase domestic products only now.
And I keep a good supply of Pepto-Bismol tablets. Plus the juice.
And I buy rice grown in the USA now also.
Just trying to avoid more problems down the road.
:(

I'm not sure, but I assume "p-value" is what mathematicians called
"significance level".

So, we can be 99% sure, that H2H did occur in Karo,
but only 89% that it occurred in Turkey.

Typically 10:1 or 20:1 (95%,p=0.05) is required to make such statements
(accept the hypothesis)
e.g. when testing whether a new medicine is effective or not.
