الإفراط فى استخدام المسكنات له أعراض جانبية
حذر الدكتور مجدى بدران عضو الجمعية المصرية للحساسية والمناعة من الاستخدام العشوائى للمسكنات والأسبرين بدون مشورة طبية خاصة مع انتشار وباء أنفلونزا الخنازير وأمراض البرد والأنفلونزا الموسمية.
وقال بدران اليوم، الثلاثاء، إن الأسبرين يستخدم على نطاق واسع بدون مشورة الطبيب نظرا لأثره الفعال كمسكن للآلام ومخفض للحرارة ولعلاج الصداع وللوقاية من الجلطات، مشيرا إلى أنه مع الأمراض الفيروسية خاصة الأنفلونزا بأنواعها والجديرى المائى ربما يحدث نتيجة لاستخدامه العشوائى مرض يعرف طبيا باسم (متلازمة رأى) وهو مرض ليس بجديد فقد شخصه الدكتور رأى فى استراليا منذ عام 1963.
وأضاف أن هذا المرض يؤدى إلى تراكم الدهون فى الجسم خاصة الكبد، وتراكم السوائل فى المخ وضغطها على الأوعية الدموية به، مما يقلل من سريان الدم ويقلل من كفاءته.. وأعراض متلازمة رأى تتمثل فى قىء ودوخة، وتشنجات وفقدان الوعى وإسهال خاصة فى الأطفال مما قد يؤدى إلى الوفاة.
وأشار إلى أن تناول الأسبرين بصورة عشوائية قد يسبب بعض الآثار الجانبية الأخرى مثل الغثيان، وآلام ونزف من المعدة وضيق الشعب الهوائية التى تزيد مع وجود زوائد أنفية أو أرتيكاريا، وقد يضر تناوله بالكبد خاصة مع مرضى الذئبة الحمراء وقد يؤدى إلى فقدان السمع.
وأوضح أن أقراص الأسبرين تزيد من تأثير المواد المانعة للتجلط وأدوية السكر، ومضادات الصرع .. مؤكدا أنه يحظر استخدام المسكنات الشائعة مع حساسية الشعب الهوائية والقرحة المعدية ومرضى سيولة الدم والحمل والرضاعة وكذلك المصابين بالعدوى الفيروسية كالجديرى والأنفلونزا.
وأكد أنه من أفضل الطرق لخفض درجة حرارة الجسم المرتفعة عمل كمادات بماء الصنبور وليست المثلجة، التى تزيد من درجة حرارة المريض، بالإضافة إلى شرب الماء بوفرة وتوفير التهوية الجيدة للحجرات والتخفيف من الملابس للسماح للحرارة بالخروج من الجسم عن طريق العرق.
