WHO reports only 134 H5N1 cases including 39 deaths in Egypt for 2016. If you add the 3 H9N2 cases the total could be 137 cases of avian influenza for 2016.
The FluTrackers 2015 H5N1 Egypt cases list includes many more provincial MoH confirmed cases than the central MoH/WHO confirmed acknowledgements.
Can any of the MoH reported numbers be trusted? I did not find the below referred MoH report listed on their website.
So far in 2016 only 4 MoH confirmed H5N1 cases in 2016 + 1 FAO reported H9N2....
