حالة من القلق يعيشها أهالى سكان الغردقة، من احتمالات انتشار مرض التيفود، وذلك بعد اختلاط مياه الشرب بخطوط الصرف الصحى، حيث تقدم الأهالى ببلاغات وشكاوى متعددة للمهندس مجدى قبيصى محافظ البحر الأحمر، متهمين المحافظة بعدم التحرك لإصلاح خطوط مياه الصرف الصحى المتهالكة والتى أدت إلى اختلاط مياه الشرب بها وتلوثها وحدوث تغيير فى رائحتها ولونها، مما يعرضهم للإصابة بالأمراض.

وكشف الأهالى أنهم يقومون بشراء المياه من خلال السيارات بسعر 25 جنيهاً للطن، وأكدوا أن شركة المياه فشلت فى إصلاح الانفجارات المتكررة لخطوط المياه، مما أدى إلى اختلاطها مع الصرف الصحى وارتفاع منسوب الصرف فى الشوارع، مما أدى إلى دخولها للمنازل.
