Ambassador Ibrahim Ali Hassan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs announced the launching of Egypt and a number of African countries many of the ideas to discuss the negative repercussions of the food crisis through its participation in the summit meetings of the Tokyo International Conference for the Development of a known Friqia ?Actinkad?, to be held from May 30 of this city of Yokahama, Japan <o:p></o:p>
تعقد القمة كل 5 سنوات منذ اطلاق النيكاد عام 1993 بهدف دعم وتعزيز التعاون مع أفريقيا وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة.
Summit will be held every 5 years since Alnicad launched in 1993 aimed at supporting and strengthening cooperation with Africa and the achievement of comprehensive development. <o:p></o:p>
ويناقش المؤتمر هذا العام عددا من الموضوعات الافريقية من بينها قضايا النمو الاقتصادي، والسبل الكفيلة بدعم جهود أفريقيا لتحقيق الأهداف التنموية للألفية بحلول عام 2015.
The conference will consider this year a number of African issues, including issues of economic growth, and ways to support Africa's efforts to achieve the Millennium Development Goals by in 2015. <o:p></o:p>
وقال السفير ابراهيم علي حسن :إن مصر سوف تطرح أمام القمة عددا من الأفكار والمقترحات لتقرير التعاون بين أفريقيا وشركاء التنمية لتحقيق أهداف الألفية والتأكيد علي مفهوم التعاون الثلاثي لدعم الجهود التنموية في أفريقيا.
He said Ambassador Ibrahim Ali Hassan: Egypt will put before the summit a number of ideas and proposals to the report of cooperation between Africa and development partners to achieve the millennium goals and emphasizing the concept of trilateral cooperation to support development efforts in Africa. <o:p></o:p>
وأكد أن مصر سوف تقود تحالفا أفريقيا لوقف استخدام الغذاء لانتاج الوقود الحيوي.
He stressed that Egypt will lead a coalition to stop the use of African food production for biofuels.
