أعلن الدكتور أشرف حاتم، عضو لجنة الطوارئ بوزارة الصحة، أن اللجنة التنسيقية لمواجهة أنفلونزا الخنازير بالجامعات ووزارة الصحة طبقت معايير جديدة لقياس خطورة الإصابة بالمرض فى مصر، كاشفاً عن اعتماد مؤشرات تقوم على قياس نسبة الوفيات إلى عدد المصابين بأنفلونزا الخنازير والأمراض الشبيهة بها داخل المستشفيات وخارجها، وليس إلى عدد المصابين الذين دخلوا المستشفيات فقط، كما كان يحدث سابقاً.
