Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed Bashar, Undersecretary for the Veterinary Medicine Sector in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the veterinary committees in the Baltim Veterinary Administration, under the supervision of Dr. Avian influenza in the path of migratory birds in Sheikh Mubarak village, Burullus Center.


Bashar added that, in conjunction with the poultry and epidemiologists of the authority, and the Baltim Veterinary Administration, 21 samples of birds were taken from 8 houses in the village of Sheikh Mubarak in Burullus, and they were sent to the reference laboratory for examination to ensure that they are free from bird flu, under the supervision of Dr. Hisham Suleiman. , Director General of the Baltim Veterinary Department, within the framework of the plan of the General Authority for Veterinary Services to preserve poultry wealth and the public health of citizens.
