I just thought I'd summarize what the Egypt gov't has officially announced about bf so far this June (I have to go back and look through the latter half of May, too, when I get a chance). I worked off their English page, which is here:
http://birdflu.sis.gov.eg/html/flu0101.htm
Total people tested so far in June (all tested neg): 89
They've been testing people "who had been in contact with dead birds, employed at farms where infections had been detected or showed symptoms similar to that of avian flu...."
Governorates where people were tested:
Ad Daqahliyah (Daqahliya)
Al Buhayrah (Beheira)
Al Gharbiyah (El Gharbia)
Al Jizah (Giza)
Al Minufiyah (Menufya)
Al Minya
Al Qalyubiyah
Alexandria
As Suways (Suez)
Bani Suwayf (Beni Sueif)
Cairo
Dimyat (Damietta)
Suhaj (Sohag)
Total new outbreaks in poultry: 5 (6?)
Locations/Governorates where new outbreaks occurred (no new governorates involved):
Beni Mazar district, Al Minya (2 cases?)
Ihnesia district. Bani Suwayf
Basyoun district, Al Gharbiyah
El Manshaa(?)
Tahrir district, Al Buhayrah
