I just thought I'd summarize what the Egypt gov't has officially announced about bf so far this June (I have to go back and look through the latter half of May, too, when I get a chance). I worked off their English page, which is here:
http://birdflu.sis.gov.eg/html/flu0101.htm

Al Minya
Al Qalyubiyah
Alexandria
As Suways (Suez)

Suhaj (Sohag)

Total new outbreaks in poultry: 5 (6?)

Locations/Governorates where new outbreaks occurred (no new governorates involved):

Ihnesia district. Bani Suwayf
Basyoun district, Al Gharbiyah
