أكد تقرير مركز المعلومات بمجلس الوزراء اليوم، الأربعاء، أنه حتى الآن لم يحدث انتشار داخلى لفيروس (إية إتش 1 إن 1) المعروف عالميا باسم أنفلونزا الخنازير فى مصر، وذلك وفقا للمعايير والنظريات العالمية المتعلقة بالانتشار الداخلى للمرض فى المجتمع.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن غالبية الحالات التى أصيبت بالمرض فى مصر تم شفاؤها، حيث بلغت نسبة الشفاء حتى أمس، الثلاثاء، من إجمالى الحالات المصابة نحو 68%، وتتمتع باقى الحالات بصحة مستقرة.
وأوضح أنه تم شفاء 107 حالات من إجمالى الحالات المصابة وعددها 157 حسب نتائج الفحص المعملى وبيانات وزارة الصحة وذلك حتى أمس، وهناك حالة وفاة واحدة، فيما تتمتع باقى الحالات وعددها 49 حالة بصحة جيدة.
وقال التقرير إن تفاصيل الحالات الأخيرة عبارة عن 9 حالات مصرية الجنسية، وجميعها مرتبطة وبائيا بحالات إيجابية سابقة، بالإضافة إلى حالتين بريطانيتى الجنسية، وحالة واحدة من البوسنة، وتم إدخال الجميع إلى المستشفى وحالتها الصحية مستقرة.
وحول ما أثاره بعض المتصفحين على شبكة الإنترنت عما إذا كان هناك تعديلات تطرأ على خطة وزارة الصحة لمواجهة إنفلونزا الخنازير فى مصر، أكدت الوزارة، وفقا لتقرير مركز المعلومات بمجلس الوزراء، أن لكل مرحلة خطة تتناسب مع متطلباتها، وأنه يتم تحديث هذه الخطة من وقت لآخر حسب درجة انتشار المرض وخطورته.
وحول تساؤلات الرأى العام عن الإجراءات التى اتخذتها الوزارة لمواجهة أى احتمالية لحدوث اندماج بين فيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير وأنفلونزا الطيور فى مصر خلال الفترة القادمة، أوضحت الوزارة أنه تم تخصيص مستشفيات فى كافة المحافظات للتعامل فقط مع حالات الإصابة بأنفلونزا الطيور، وأخرى لمعالجة المرضى المصابين بأنفلونزا الخنازير، لمنع حدوث أى اندماج بين الفيروسين.
وتناشد وزارة الصحة الركاب القادمين من خارج البلاد، سواء أكانوا مواطنين أو أجانب، التعاون مع الفريق الصحى الموجود بالمطارات لتسهيل إجراءات فحصهم طبيا بسرعة، مؤكدة أن هذا الفريق الطبى مدرب تدريبا جيدا ويعمل على خدمة الركاب ومن أجل الصالح العام.
