قرر المستشار يحيى عبد المجيد، محافظ الشرقية، إغلاق 61 مزرعة دواجن بمختلف المراكز لبنائها بدون ترخيص من الجهات المختصة، وبذلك يصل إجمالى ما تم إغلاقه من المزارع إلى 2129 مزرعة على مستوى المحافظة. Counsel decided Yahya Abdul-Majid, governor of the East, close the 61 poultry farms in various centers to be built without a permit from the competent authorities, bringing the total share of the farms were close to 2129 a farm on the county level.
وصرح الدكتور عطية مصطفى، مدير مديرية الطب البيطرى بالمحافظة، بأنه تقرر تخصيص طبيب بيطرى لكل مزرعة لمراقبة مدى الالتزام بتطبيق إجراءات الأمن والأمان الحيوى والتحصين ضد الأمراض. Dr. Attia Mustafa, Director of the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine at the government, that decides the allocation of each farm veterinarian to monitor compliance with security procedures and the application of bio-security and immunization against diseases.
ونوه بأنه تم الانتهاء من أعمال المتابعة لعدد 354 دورة إنتاجية من مزارع التسمين و309 دورات من مزارع إنتاج البيض، موضحاً أنه تم ضبط 122 موقعاً لتداول الطيور الحية وإعدام 1089 طائراً بها وذلك تنفيذا لقرارات حظر تداولها. And noted that the works were completed follow-up to 354 the number of production cycle of broiler farms and 309 cycles of egg production farms, pointing out that 122 sites have been set for the circulation of live birds and birds by the 1089 execution and implementation of the resolutions ban circulation.
كما تم فرض الحجر البيطرى على 163 ألفاً و775 طائراً واردة من الخارج لفحصها والتأكد من سلامتها وخلوها من الأمراض، خاصة أنفلونزا الطيور. The quarantine was imposed on 163 thousand and 775 birds from abroad to be tested and ensure safety and free of diseases, especially bird flu.
