الشهادة - التى تنشر «المصرى اليوم» صورة منها- تحمل علامة مائية لمنع تزويرها أو التلاعب فيها، وتنقسم إلى ٣ أقسام، القسم الأول عبارة عن بيانات خاصة بالحجاج أو المعتمرين،

من جانبه أكد د.حاتم الجبلى، وزير الصحة، فى تصريحات خاصة، أن مسؤولية إصدار الشهادة الصحية تعود على الطبيب الذى قام بإصدارها، مشددا على أنه فى حالة حدوث مضاعفات نتيجة للأمراض المزمنة بخلاف ما جاء بالشهادة الصحية ستتم محاسبة الطبيب الموقع عليها، وسيتم تحويله إلى الجنايات بتهمة التزوير فى محررات رسمية وتعريض حياة المواطنين للخطر.
