القمامة تحاصر أهالى مساكن الرىبمنطقة الأميرية

مأساة إنسانية تعيشها 65 أسرة من أهالى مساكن الرى بمنطقة الأميرية التابعة لحى الزيتون. الأطفال كانوا هم ضحايا هذه الصورة التى تجسد الاستهانة بصحة المواطن، وخاصة الأطفال الذين انتشرت الدمامل فى رؤوسهم وأجسادهم بشكل مخيف، وبعضهم أصيب بارتفاع فى درجات الحرارة مع إسهال متواصل، السبب أن هؤلاء الأطفال يعيشون وسط أكوام القمامة التى قررت المحافظة أن تضعها أمام منازلهم كمكافأة لأهاليهم الذين خدموا فى وزارة الرى لسنوات طويلة، وأصبح الأطفال غارقون بين الصواريخ النارية القابلة للانفجار ومخلفات المستشفيات والقطن المدمم وخراطيم القسطرة والأدوية منتهية الصلاحية والطيور النافقة حسب ما يرويه الأهالى.
نفذت محافظة القاهرة ومعها وزارة البيئة وحى الأميرية خدمة توصيل الأمراض إلى المنازل بمنح شركة إيما العرب للبيئة، وهى شركة إيطالية امتياز استغلال المنطقة كمقلب ومكبس للزبالة. المنطقة تحولت إلى ملجأ للفئران التى يؤكد الأهالى أنها تفوق حجم القطط، ففى الوقت الذى تحارب فيه الفئران فى كل أنحاء مصر ترعى وزارة البيئة مشروع لتسمين الفئران فى مساكن الرى.
محمد الجارحى أحد سكان المنطقة يقول منذ أربعة شهور أحضرت المحافظة حوالى 12 صندوقا من الحجم الكبير أمام منازلنا لتلقى قمامة حى الزيتون وكبسها تمهيدا لنقلها إلى مدفن القطامية، نقلنا اعترضنا على ذلك إلى مهندس الحى حمدى بيومى وجاء رده مخيبا لآمالنا عندما قال" إن شركة النظافة المسئولة عن المقلب بتدفع فلوس للحكومة يعنى أحسن منكم". حتى الشرطة ترفض حل الموضوع ففى إحدى الليالى شبّت النيران فى أحد صناديق كبس القمامة فجاءت قوة من قسم الأميرية وأخرجونا من منازلنا بعد منتصف الليل واتهمونا بإشعال النار.
محمد فياض أحد السكان قال خدمت فى وزارة الرى 47 عاما والحكومة تكافئنى الآن بوضع الزبالة أمام بيتى، والأمراض بدأت تنتشر بين الأطفال، فهل من المعقول أن نجد كراتين أدوية وبرشام منتهية الصالحية قام الأطفال بتناولها، الأمر الذى أصاب البعض بالتسمم وأيضا بسبب لعب الأطفال بخراطيم قسطرة، كانت النتيجة حجز أربعة أطفال فى مستشفى الحميات، وعندما ذهب أحد أولياء الأمور لعمل محضر فى القسم ضد المسئولين عن المقلب قام مأمور قسم الأميرية بطرده وهدده بعمل محضر يتهمه فيه بالإهمال فى أطفاله.
أم عماد تقول إن صناديق القمامة أصبحت عششا للفئران التى تهجم على منازلنا عندما تبدأ عمليات كبس الزبالة. ونحن فى حالة رعب خوفا من انتشار الطاعون.
أحد السكان رفض ذكر اسمه قال "إحنا محصلناش الخنازير ولو لينا لازمة عند الحكومة مكانتش جابتلنا الزبالة إللى أصابت أطفالنا بالأمراض الغريبة والدمامل التى لا تنتهى بسبب الأدوية والبرشام الذى يجده الأطفال فى أكياس القمامة وهى أدوية منتهية الصلاحية لشركات ممفيس، والنيل، والجمهورية القريبة من المنطقة".
أمين الخيال مدير وحدة المخلفات بوزارة البيئة قال "إحنا مالنا" وزارة الصحة ومحافظة القاهرة هما المسؤلون عن هذا المقلب وليس وزارة البيئة، وهو ما يخالف الرأى الذى يقوله الدكتور سعيد عون وكيل وزارة الصحة للشئون الوقائية سابقا بأن وزارة البيئة والمحليات هى المسئولة عن المقالب ونقل المخلفات والتخلص منها بطريق آمنة بعيدا عن التجمعات السكنية.
وحذر سعيد عون من انتشار الدمامل بين أطفال المنطقة الموجود بها المقلب وقال قد يتطور الأمر ويتحول لمرض خطير لو حدثت تقيحات. وانتشار الفئران مؤشر خطير ينذر بظهور العديد من الأمراض أخطرها الطاعون، وكذلك المخلفات الطبية فهى تصنف على أنها خطرة ولا يجب أن تكون عرضة حتى يلعب بها الأطفال فى الشارع Served for decades in the ministry and the government rewarded
