Or the breast in poultry, as well as the absence of hormone injections, pointing out that the rate of eating wings is from one to two times a week, as there is enough meat in the wing to cook a broth or a full meal.

Sally explained, for the seventh day, that if the chicks complete the fattening cycle, they reach high weights due to improved genetic traits, proper nutrition and correct veterinary care, which in turn leads to an increase in the growth rate and the efficiency of meat production, noting that poultry wings contain high levels of protein and high quantities. It contains vitamins A, E, D and K and a wide range of important minerals, such as: iron and calcium.

She pointed out that poultry wings have many benefits, including:

1- It has a therapeutic effect on gout, arthritis and diabetes.

2- It is recommended to be used in therapeutic nutrition for atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease.

3- Helps the body recover from injuries, fractures and surgeries.

4- Helps treat depression, neuritis and nervous disorders.

5- Increases hemoglobin in the blood.

6- It participates in the formation of new cells.

7- Increases the level of immunity.

8- Improving the condition of the skin, hair and nails.

9- Helps prevent cancer.
