حذَّرت شعبة الثروة الداجنة بغرفة القاهرة التجارية من زيادة أسعار الدواجن خلال الأيام القليلة المقبلة نتيجة الارتفاع الجنوني في أسعار الأعلاف؛ حيث بلغت 3100 جنيه للطن مقابل 265 جنيهًا للطن خلال الشهر الماضي، كما زاد سعر طن الذرة الصفراء من 820 جنيهًا إلى 2100 جنيه.​
