Thousand chicks died in a poultry farm fire in Esna

The city of Esna, south of Luxor Governorate, witnessed the control of two fires, the first in a lending bank in the village of Al-Deir, which led to damage to its contents without injuries, and the second broke out in a poultry farm next to Deir Al-Fakhoury on the desert road, which resulted in the death of 4,000 chicks at the age of two weeks, and the necessary legal measures were taken. The details of the incident began with the operations room of the Esna City Council receiving a notification from the residents, stating that a fire had broken out in a poultry farm in the village of Thomas 3 before Deir Al-Fakhoury and on an area of 2 carats belonging to “Ibrahim Youssef and Tariq Mahmoud” residing in Asfoun, which resulted in the death of 4 thousand two-week-old chicks inside The farm, and some devices and equipment inside the farm were damaged, and another fire broke out in a lending bank in the village of Al-Dair in the city of Esna, which resulted in the destruction of computers, offices, cupboards and various papers, and the necessary legal measures were taken and the Public Prosecution office took over the investigation.
And the Civil Protection men of the Luxor Security Directorate succeeded, yesterday evening, Saturday, in the back of the Luxor Court, without injuries or human losses, and the beginning was that the help room of the Luxor Security Directorate received a notification from the security of the Luxor Court in Khaled Ibn Al-Walid Street, stating that the flames had escalated. On the back side of the court, where the hearing rooms are located, 4 fire engines moved immediately to control the fire before it spread to the adjacent rooms and halls.
