طوارئ بمديرية صحة بورسعيد لصرف "التاميفلو"

تزاحم أمس، الخميس، صيادلة مستشفيات بورسعيد التابعة لمديرية الشئون الصحية لصرف أقراص "التاميفلو" من مخازن التموين الدوائى لعلاج حالات أنفلونزا الخنازير المحتجزة، وفقا لتعليمات الدكتور حاتم الجبلى، وزير الصحة، بتخصيص 5% من أسرة المستشفيات لعزل الحالات الحرجة من المصابين التى تبدأ أعمارهم أقل من5 سنوات وأكثر من 65 سنة التى تعتبرهم الصحة من الحالات عالية الخطورة، خاصة مرضى الفشل الكلوى والالتهاب الرئوى والكبدى والأورام الخبيثة كالسرطان الذين يتم عزلهم فورا فى حالة إصاباتهم بالفيروس.
وقال مصدر وقائى بأنه صدرت تعليمات وزارية بعدم التصريح لوسائل الإعلام بالنسب والأعداد التى سوف يتم عزلها لعدم إثارة الذعر والبلبلة بين المواطنين، وخاصة بعد تقسيم حالات أنفلونزا الخنازير لحالات لشديدة الخطورة وحالات بسيطة، وهى الحالات التى سوف يتم عزلها بالمنازل مع صرف العلاج لمدة 3 أيام بجانب المتابعة الطبية.
أشار المصدر إلى أن العزل بالمنازل ينذر بكارثة وبائية لعدم توافر الوقاية اللازمة بالمنازل لضيق الوحدات السكنية. ومن جانبه نفى المصدر ما تردد عن وجود عجز شديد لأقراص "التاميفلو" بمخازن التموين الدوائى ببورسعيد، رغم ما أكدته مصادر بالتموين الدوائى بأن أقراص "التاميفلو" محدودة للغاية ولا يوجد فائض مخزونى يفى لعلاج الحالات بالمستشفيات الحكومية، والخاصة والعلاج بالمنازل، مما ينذر بكارثة علاجية فى حالة انتشار الفيروس.
