أكد تقرير المعامل المركزية بوزارة الصحة بالقاهرة، الذى أرسلته للطب الوقائى بصحة بورسعيد، إصابة 4 حالات جديدة بأنفلونزا الخنازير وهم "ح.ع.م" (36 سنة) سائق و"ص.ع .ع" (30 سنة) ربة منزل و"م.أ.ع" (15 سنة) طالب بالمدرسة الرياضية وغلق الفصل لمدة 15 يوماً و"أ.م.د" (28 سنة) موظفة بهيئة الميناء. وتم عزل ثلاث حالات من المصابين بمستشفى المصحة البحرى والحالة الرابعة تم عزلها بمستشفى التضامن التابعة للتأمين الصحى وتكثيف جرعات العلاج والمتابعة من الفريق المعالج، كما تم أخذ عينات من المخالطين للتأكد من سلامتهم وعدم إصاباتهم بالفيروس، بينما تم حجز 12 حالة مشتبهة فى إصاباتهم بأنفلونزا الخنازير ويعانون من ارتفاع شديد بدرجة الحرارة والآم بالحلق وضيق بالجهاز التنفسى وتم حجزهم بعنابر الحجز وأخذ عينات وإرسالها إلى المعامل المركزية بوزارة الصحة بالقاهرة للوقوف على مدى إصاباتهم من عدمه.
