نفى تقرير غرفة العمليات المركزية بمركز معلومات مجلس الوزراء الصادر اليوم، الخميس، ما نشرته إحدى الصحف عن قيام وزارة الصحة باستيراد عقار تاميفلو منتهى الصلاحية من إحدى الشركات الألمانية، ولجوء الوزارة بالتنسيق مع الشركة الموردة إلى إعادة طبع "استيكرز" جديد مزور يلصق على عبوات التاميفلو، ويفيد باستمرار الصلاحية لمدة عامين، حيث أكدت وزارة الصحة أن العقار الموجود ممتد الصلاحية، وأن الكميات الجديدة المستوردة هى المادة الخام من العقار، التى ستكفى لتصنيع 2.5 مليون عبوة، وسيبدأ التوريد خلال شهر يوليو القادم.
وحول تساؤلات الرأى العام بشأن مدى إمكانية عودة الإصابة بمرض A/H1N1 مرة أخرى لشخص كان قد أصيب به خلال مرحلة سابقة وتم علاجه منه، فقد أكد الدكتور عمرو قنديل أن المرض لا يمكن أن يعود لشخص كان قد أصيب به خلال فترة سابقة وتم علاجه منه، لأن الجسم بعد الإصابة يكون أخذ مناعة من هذا المرض. وعن خطة وزارة الصحة والإجراءات التى ستتبعها مع المخالطين المباشرين لحالات تأكد إصابتها بمرض أنفلونزا A(H1N1) داخل تجمعات، أوضحت الوزارة أنه هناك نوعين من الإجراءات التى يتم اتباعها مع مثل هذه الحالات حسب ما إذا كانت هذه التجمعات ذات إقامة كاملة مثل: (فندق، مدينة جامعية، معسكر... إلخ)، أو تجمعات خلال أوقات العمل (شركات، هيئات، بنوك، فصل دراسى.. إلخ)، وذلك على النحو التالى:
1- بالنسبة للتجمعات ذات الإقامة الكاملة: يتم اتباع الإجراءات التالية (العزل والحجر الصحى لمدة 10 أيام فى أماكن التجمع، وأخذ مسحات لجميع المخالطين المباشرين بالإضافة إلى عينة عشوائية من 10% لباقى المخالطين بالتجمع، والمراقبة الصحية للجميع من حيث درجات حرارتهم ومدى ظهور أى أعراض إكلينيكية عليهم لمدة 10 أيام، والتحويل للمستشفى فى حالة ظهور أى عينات إيجابية، مع التأكيد على غسل اليدين باستمرار بالماء والصابون، وتغطية الفم والأنف أثناء السعال والعطس، وتطهير الأسطح، والحد من التجمعات داخل مكان الإقامة، والتهوية الجيدة لأماكن الإقامة).
2- بالنسبة للتجمعات خلال أوقات العمل: تتمثل الإجراءات التى يتم اتباعها مع المخالطين للحالات المؤكد إصابتها داخل هذه التجمعات فى الآتى: (العزل بالمنزل فى غرفة مغلقة إن أمكن، وأخذ مسحات من الحلق لجميع المخالطين المباشرين بالإضافة إلى عينة عشوائية من 5 ? 10% من باقى المخالطين، والمراقبة الصحية بصفة يومية ولمدة 10 أيام لهم من حيث درجات حرارتهم ومدى ظهور أى أعراض إكلينيكية، وفى حالة ظهور أى حالة إيجابية يتم تحويلها إلى المستشفى، مع التنبيه على الجميع بضرورة الإبلاغ والتوجه لأقرب مستشفى فى حالة ظهور أى أعراض لمرض الأنفلونزا، بالإضافة إلى اتباع أساليب النظافة الشخصية.
