القاهرة- أكد الرئيس حسنى مبارك التزام الدولة بتوفير السلع الغذائية للمواطنين أيا كانت تكلفتها أو أعباء دعمها على الموازنة العامة وقال اننا سنمضى فى المزيد من دعم السلع الاساسية والوصول بالدعم لمستحقيه .​

CAIRO - President Hosni Mubarak said the State's obligation to provide food commodities for citizens regardless of the cost or burden to support the general budget and said we are going to further support the commodity support and access to target groups.

وقال الرئيس مبارك ان تلك هى تكليفاته الواضحة للحكومة ، وسوف تظل ..مشيرا الى أنه وجه بالغاء الجمارك على الواردات من السلع الغدائية وتدبير موارد حقيقية لرفع الاجور والمرتبات والمعاشات بأقصى زيادة ممكنة وبما يتجاوز معدل التضخم وغلاء الاسعار مشيرا إلي أن الأولوية ستظل لتوفير السلع الغذائية للمواطنين مهما كانت تكلفتها .​

وأشار الرئيس مبارك الى أن ما تواجهه مصر الان من ارتفاع فى أسعار السلع الغذائية يأتى فى اطار ظاهرة عالمية ...وقال اننى أثق أن الوعى بهذه الظاهرة هو طريقنا للتعامل معها وأن ادراك مسببات هذا التحدى الجديد هو سبيلنا لتجاوزه والتغلب عليه .​

President Mubarak pointed out that Egypt is now facing a rise in the prices of food commodities comes in the framework of a global phenomenon ... and said that I am confident that awareness of this phenomenon is our way of dealing with it and to understand the causes of this new challenge is our way to overcome it and overcome it.

وقال الرئيس مبارك فى كلمته إلي الشعب بمناسبة الاحتفال بالذكرى السادسة والعشرين لتحرير سيناء ونقلتها وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط، اننا نعى ان الظروف الراهنة للاقتصاد الدولى ستستمر خلال الفترة المقبلة وندرك أن الظاهرة العالمية لارتفاع أسعار الغذاء قد تستغرق بعض الوقت ..وبرغم تكليفاتى للحكومة لاحتواء تداعياتها فان هدفنا يظل مواصلة التنمية والاصلاح .​

القاهرة - قال الدكتور علي المصيلحي، وزير التضامن الاجتماعي إن رئيس الوزراء سيدعو إلي اجتماع عاجل الأسبوع المقبل مع وزراء الزراعة، والتجارة، والصناعة، والتضامن الاجتماعي، لبحث إمكانية تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي من الذرة ، وخلطه بالقمح في إنتاج رغيف الخبز، دون المساس بجودته ونمطه الاستهلاكي.​

CAIRO - Meselhi said Dr. Ali, Minister of Social Solidarity that the prime minister he will ask for an urgent meeting next week with ministers of agriculture, trade, industry, social solidarity, to discuss the possibility of achieving self-sufficiency in corn, wheat and mix in the production of bread, without compromising quality and pattern of consumer .

وقالت صحيفة المصري اليوم ان المصيلحي سيعرض على الدكتور أحمد نظيف، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، في الاجتماع الأسبوعي المخصص لبحث أزمة الخبز، تطورات الأزمة والحلول البديلة التي قدمتها الوزارة لإنهائها .​

The Egyptian newspaper said today that Meselhi before Dr. Ahmed Nazif, the Prime Minister, in the weekly meeting devoted to discuss the crisis bread, developments in the crisis and alternative solutions provided by the ministry to end it.

وأكد الوزير أن أزمة الخبز انتهت في بعض المناطق بعد تطبيق تجربة فصل الإنتاج عن التوزيع، لافتاً إلي عدم تطبيقها في محافظات مرسي مطروح وشمال وجنوب سيناء والوادي الجديد، لانخفاض نسبة استهلاك الخبز بها.​

وقال إن ارتفاع الأسعار أثر علي عدد من الدول النامية، مثل الصين وإندونيسيا والجزائر ومصر.​

He said that the impact of higher prices on a number of developing nations such as China, Indonesia, Algeria and Egypt.

واوضح أن الحكومة تحملت زيادة الأسعار ورصدت 7.1 مليار جنيه لإضافة المواليد علي البطاقة التموينية دون حدوث عجز في الموازنة العامة للدولة.​

The government assumed the price increase and made 7.1 billion pounds to add birth to the ration card without a deficit in the state budget.

وأضاف أن القوات المسلحة تقوم حالياً بإنشاء مخابز استراتيجية للخبز المدعم فئة 5 قروش في بعض المحافظات، مؤكداً أنها تمتلك 6 مخابز حالياً تنتج 7.1 مليون رغيف يومياً.​

He added that the armed forces are currently setting up bakeries strategy for subsidized bread category 5 piasters in some provinces, confirming that it possesses 6 bakeries currently produces 7.1 million daily bread.

ولفت المصيلحي إلي أهمية مخابز الشرطة، ممثلة في الأمن المركزي والمسطحات المائية، المنتشرة في 19 محافظة علي مستوي الجمهورية لإنتاج مليوني رغيف يومياً.​

He pointed to the importance of Meselhi shelve the police, represented by the central security and water bodies, scattered in 19 provinces throughout the Republic of producing two million bread daily.

وأكد أن مخابز القطاع العام سيتم تطويرها لكي تنتج 5.6 مليون رغيف يومياً، معلناً توزيعه علي المناطق التي تشهد زحاماً علي الخبز البلدي.​

The bakeries public sector will be developed to produce 5.6 million daily bread, announcing distributed to the areas experiencing the crowdedness of the municipal bread.

وحول قرار رئيس الوزراء الأخير بتفويض المحافظين في توزيع حصص الدقيق علي المخابز بالمحافظة وإنتاج ومواصفات الرغيف، ذكر المصيلحي أن المحافظين هم المسؤولون عن فصل إنتاج الخبز وتوزيعه ومواصفات إنتاجه، وتحديد العقوبات التي تفرض علي المخابز المخالفة دون الخلل بالعقد المبرم بين الوزارة وأصحاب المخابز.​

Regarding the Prime Minister's recent delegation of governors in the distribution of quotas for bakery flour and maintaining production specifications and bread, Meselhi said that the Conservatives were responsible for the separation of bread production, distribution and production specifications, and determine the penalties for violating the bakery without flaw contract between the Ministry and bakery owners.
