بعد ساعات من الإعلان عن أول وفاة لسيدة مصرية عائدة من العمرة.. ترددت أنباء قوية عن طلب وزارة الصحة من دار الإفتاء وشيخ الأزهر الرأى الشرعى حول تأجيل موسم الحج هذا العام.. ومن المقرر أن يصدر قرار نهائى خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة.. وتأتى هذه السلسلة من الإجراءات بعد وفاة اول حالة مصرية بأنفلونزا الخنازير لسيدة قادمة من السعودية بعد أدائها للعمرة، خاصة بعد أن قرر المجلس الإقليمى لوزراء الصحة العرب عقد اجتماع موسع يوم الأربعاء المقبل لمناقشة هذه المسألة. وكانت حالة من الحزن قد خيمت على أهالى شارع أحمد عرابى بشبين الكوم محافظة الغربية بعد إعلامهم بنبأ وفاة السيدة سماح السيد سليم، والتى سافرت طلبا للتبرك بالعمرة من أجل إنجاب طفل إلا أنها عادت فى حالة إعياء، إلا أن أحداً لم يشك فى إصابتها بأنفلونزا الخنازير نظراً لإصابتها بمرض القلب منذ فترة.

هذا وأشار مصدر بإدارة الطب الوقائى بمحافظة الغربية إلى أن أجهزة الكشف الحرارى بمطار القاهرة الدولى لم تكشف عن ظهور أعراض مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير على سماح السيد سليم، وذلك بسبب انخفاض درجة حرارتها فى نفس اليوم الذى عادت فيه من السعودية بعد تناولها عدداً من المسكنات.

مطالب بمنع الحج هذا العام..وتحذيرات من خطورة التهاون مع "أنفلوانزا الخنازير"

حذر عدد من الأطباء والخبراء، من خطورة التهاون مع مرض "أنفلونزا الخنازير"، و القول بأن موت ضحية واحدة لا يعني انتشار الوباء، كما طالب عدد منهم بضرورة منع الحجاج من تأدية فريضة الحج هذا العام لدفع الخطر عنهم.

وقال الدكتور "عبد الهادي مصباح" أستاذ المناعة بجامعة الأزهر، إننا لا يجب أن ننخدع بأن الفيروس ما زال في مراحله الأولى، وأن هناك ضحية واحدة، فهذا ما يحدث في بداية أي وباء مثل وباء عام 1918، الذي سرعان ما انتشر، وظهرت سلالة قاتلة منه، أدت إلى وفاة (50 مليون) شخص.

أكد مصباح أنه من مؤيدي إلغاء العمرة نهائياً، وأن تجرى مواسم الحج في أضيق الحدود، وأن يستثنى من أدائها الأكثر تعرضا للإصابة بالمرض مثل الحوامل والأطفال وكبار السن، خاصة أن دفع الضرر مقدم عن جلب المنفعة، وأن فريضة الحج تؤدى على التراخي، مشيرا إلى أن التجمعات الضخمة للبشر تعطي الفرصة للفيروس للتحور ومبادلة سلالات مختلفة من الأنفلونزا، الذي يظل حتى الآن في مراحله الأولية، فكلما ازداد عدد المصابين بالمرض أصبح من أسهل للفيروس التمكن من البشر.

وأضاف: هناك أبحاث كثيرة تؤكد أن الفيروس مازال يفتقد إلى بعض الخصائص التي تجعله قاتلا، لكن الخطر يكمن في اكتسابه لتلك الخصائص من خلال تحور الفيروس نتيجة كثرة الإصابة به داخل تلك التجمعات، خاصة أن العديد من الأبحاث أثبت أن أي تجمعات مثل المعسكرات الصيفية الرياضية، والتجمعات في ملاعب الكرة، تؤدي إلى انتشار العدوى بالمرض بشكل كبير، مهما كانت الإحتياطات والجهد المبذول، مؤكداً أن كافة الإجراءات التي يتم اتخاذها في المعابر الحدودية والمطارات، لا تعطي نتائج مؤكدة لخلو المرض، لأنه قد يوجد في فترة الحضانة، وقد يتناول المريض خافض للحرارة لا تكتشفها الكاميرات الحرارية الموجودة بالمطارات.

أما الدكتور "أحمد السنوسي" رئيس قسم الفيروسات بكلية الطب البيطري بجامعة القاهرة، فقد أكد أن وفاة إحدى الحالات المصابة، لا يعني أن يكون سبب الوفاة هو مرض "أنفلونزا الخنازير"، خاصة أن وزارة الصحة أعلنت أن المتوفية كانت مصابة بعدد من الأمراض منها مرض القلب، كما حذر من سفر المصابين بالأمراض التي تقلل من كفاءة الجهاز المناعي للجسم بشكل عام كأمراض الكبد، والأمراض المزمنة، مشيرا إلى أن الفيروس مازال ضعيفا، ومازلت معدلات الوفاة بالمرض في الدول العربية منخفضة للغاية، مقارنة بالعديد من الدول الأوروبية كانجلترا.

ودعا السنوسي إلى الأخذ بالعديد من النصائح الطبية، كعدم التسرع في استخدام العقاقير الواقية من المرض كـ "التاميفلو" الذي يجب أن يُأخذ تحت رعاية طبية صارمة، كما دعا إلى ضرورة لبس الأقنعة على الوجه وتناول مضادات الأكسدة Monday, July 20, 2009 - 04:48 PM

مخاوف من انتشار مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير خلال تأدية مناسك الحج

حذر الدكتور عمر قنديل، وكيل وزارة الصحة للشئون الوقائية، كبار السن والحوامل والأطفال والمصابين بالأمراض المزمنة من السفر لأداء الحج والعمرة، وطالبهم بتأجيل مشاركتهم فى هذه المناسك، لعدم تعرضهم لخطورة عالية بالإصابة بالأمراض والمضاعفات عند تعرضهم لفيروس "اتش 1 ان 1" المعروف بأنفلونزا الخنازير.

وشدد قنديل، أمس الاثنين، على أهمية حماية المواطنين من الإصابة بعدوى الفيروس والوقاية من العدوى، وقال: "ينبغى تغطية الفم والأنف بمنديل ورقى لدى السعال والعطس، وأن يتخلصوا من المنديل على نحو سليم فور استعماله، وأن يغسلوا أيديهم باستمرار بالماء والصابون، وأن يتجنبوا أماكن الزحام والمخالطة المباشرة للأشخاص الذين يعانون من سعال وحمى، كما ينبغى لمن لديهم أعراض شبيهة بأعراض الأنفلونزا التماس المشورة الطبية فورا والذهاب إلى الطبيب المعالج".
