أعلنت غرفة العمليات المركزية بمركز معلومات مجلس الوزراء فى اجتماعها اليوم، الأحد، أن وزارة الصحة شكلت لجنة لتحديد الكميات المطلوبة من لقاح أنفلونزا الخنازير فى مصر، وإخطار منظمة الصحة العالمية بها وحجزها من الآن، وذلك بعد إعلان منظمة الصحة العالمية عن بدء شركتين عمل تجارب إكلينيكية على طعم أنفلونزا (H1. N1 .A)، لتحديد مدى كفاءة هذا الطعم والذى لن يكون جاهزا ومتاحا للدول على مستوى العالم قبل شهر ديسمبر القادم.
وستعتمد مدى كفاية الكمية المطروحة من هذا الطعم على طريقة الحقن به سواء فى الجلد أو تحت الجلد أو فى العضل، مع الإشارة إلى أنه لم يتم الاتفاق حتى الآن على طريقة الحقن.
وأكدت الغرفة أن عدد الحالات التى تم اكتشاف إصابتها بالمرض فى مصر بلغ 127 حالة حتى الساعة الواحدة ظهر اليوم، الأحد، بحسب نتائج الفحص المعملى وبيانات وزارة الصحة.
وتم شفاء 106 حالات من إجمالى الحالات المصابة بمرض أنفلونزا (H1N1 A) وذلك حتى يوم 19 يوليو، كما أن باقى الحالات وعددها 21 حالة تتمتع بصحة جيدة.
كما تم فحص 25 حالة اشتباه لمرض أنفلونزا (H1N1 A)من محافظات (أسوان، السويس، 6 أكتوبر، الشرقية، دمياط، البحيرة، الغربية، القاهرة) وجاءت النتائج المعملية جميعها سلبية وفحص 3 حالات اشتباه لمرض أنفلونزا الطيور من 3 محافظات وجاءت جميع النتائج المعملية سلبية.
وأشارت الغرفة إلى أن الأعراض التى ظهرت على كل الحالات المصابة بمرض أنفلونزا (H1N1 A) فى مصر هى أعراض بسيطة، كما أن كل الحالات التى ظهرت فى مصر لها علاقة بحالات قادمة من خارج البلاد، كما أنه حتى الآن لم يحدث انتشار داخلى للمرض فى مصر وفقا للمعايير والنظريات العالمية المتعلقة بالانتشار الداخلى للمرض فى المجتمع.
وأشارت وزارة البيئة خلال الاجتماع، إلى أنه تم رفع جميع مخلفات الخنازير فى محافظتى 6 أكتوبر وحلون، كما دعمت الوزارة جميع المحافظات على مستوى الجمهورية بعدد 2 عربات لورى لرفع المخلفات الموجودة بها.
ونفت الغرفة ما نُشر فى وسائل الإعلام بشأن وجود بعض وقائع الإهمال فى المستشفيات التى يتم فيها احتجاز الحالات المشتبهة أو المؤكدة إصابتها بمرض أنفلونزا AH1N1)) مما يهدد بانتقال العدوى إلى باقى المرضى والعاملين بالمستشفيات، مؤكدة أنه يتم اتباع إجراءات عزل المريض داخل غرفة وتحديد حركته داخلها بحيث لا يخرج منها إلا للضرورة القصوى ويتم فى هذه الحالة ارتداء المريض للقناع الجراحى، بالإضافة إلى استعمال الفريق الطبى للواقيات الشخصية (ارتداء القناع التنفسى، قفازات نظيفة، واقيات الأقدام... وغيرها) عند الدخول إلى غرفة المريض أو عند عمل إجراء قد ينتج عنه تطاير رذاذ مثل أخذ مسحة من الحلق، مع الالتزام بنظافة الأيدى وغسلها قبل وبعد أى تلامس مع المريض أو البيئة المحيطة به.
وبجانب هذا يتم حظر تواجد العاملين فى المكان الخاص بالمرضى إلا للضرورة القصوى، وعدم إعادة استخدام أى مستلزمات طبية دخلت غرفة عزل المريض.
