علم اليوم السابع أن تعليمات مشددة قد صدرت لأطباء مركز السموم بمستشفى الدمرداش ومسئوليه، بعدم التحدث لوسائل الإعلام مطلقا حول حالات الإصابة بتسمم الرصاص، التى اشتهرت إعلاميا بـ"تسمم الخبز الملوث"، بعد أن رجح المصابون أن دقيق التموين المدعم هو سبب إصابتهم بالتسمم.

وبالفعل رضخ الدكتور محيى المصرى، مدير مركز السموم، للتعليمات وشدد على أطباء المركز بعدم التعامل مع وسائل الإعلام نهائيا، قبل أن يقوم بإغلاق هاتفه المحمول ويمتنع عن استقبال أى مكالمات، فى الوقت نفسه شدد بعض أطباء مركز السموم على المرضى وأقاربهم بعدم التحدث لوسائل الإعلام والصحف، وأكدوا لهم أن جهات عليا وراء هذه التعليمات، دون أن يكشف أى منهم عن هذه الجهات.

يأتى هذا التعتيم من جانب مركز السموم التابع لمستشفى الدمرداش الجامعى، فى نفس الوقت الذى تتبع فيه وزارتى الصحة والتضامن الاجتماعى سياسة تعتيم مماثلة حول ملابسات الحادث، وأسباب الإصابة، بعد أن تملصت وزارة التموين وأعلنت أن الدقيق المدعم برىء من إصابات تسمم الرصاص، فيما كان اللواء سمير فرج، رئيس المجلس الأعلى لمدينة الأقصر أول المتملصين من الإصابات بتأكيده على عدم وجود أى إصابات بتسمم الرصاص فى المدينة

أزمات الخبر المدعم تتوالى يوماً تلو الآخر

تزايدت أزمة الخبز البلدى المدعم، فى الوقت الذى تغيب فيه عمليات المتابعة الدورية من قبل المسئولين فى وزارة التضامن، رغم وقوع حالات تسمم لعدد من المواطنين بسبب زيادة نسبة الرصاص فى الدقيق البلدى المدعم الذى يتم صرفه على البطاقات التموينية.

ورغم تأكيدات الأهالى، فإن وزارة التضامن الاجتماعى تنفى مسئوليتها عن حالات التسمم، حيث اكتفى حمدان طه رئيس قطاع الرقابة والتوزيع المكلف بالإشراف على المطاحن بالصمت، بينما قال مسئولون فى الوزارة بأن الدقيق ليس الذى يتم توزيعه على المواطنين من خلال المستودعات أو الدقيق الذى يتم استخدامه لإنتاج الخبز البلدى المدعم فى المخابز البلدية ليس "تموينياً"، وإنما هو ناتج من مطاحن أهلية مملوكة لبعض المواطنين وتسمى مطاحن موانئ، نظرا لصغرها، وليس للوزارة أية علاقة بها من قريب أو من بعيد. وهو الأمر الذى اعتادت عليه الوزارة فى ظل حدوث الأزمات والكوارث مثلما حدث فى أزمة القمح الأوكرانى الفاسد والمعروف عنه أنه غير صالح للاستهلاك الآدمى.

الدكتور يوسف أبو العزم أستاذ ورئيس قسم الخبز والعجائن سابقا بمعهد تكنولوجيا التغذية بمركز البحوث الزراعية، أكد أن الجهات الحكومية غالبا ما تقوم بالتعتيم الكامل على أزمات الخبز، وذلك لعدم إثارة الموضوع بشكل يسىء لها أمام المواطنين، ونفيها دائما بوجود مشاكل متعلقة بالدقيق المستخدم لإنتاج الخبز البلدى المدعم، وهو ما يكون مغايرا للحقيقة فى كثير من الوقت، مشيرا إلى أن ارتفاع نسبة الرصاص بالدقيق هى أحد مصادر إتلافه والتى من الممكن أن تصل إلى القمح قبل عملية الطحن من خلال عوادم السيارات، خاصة الأقماح التى يتم زراعتها فى الأماكن القريبة من خطوط المواصلات، وكذلك فى حالة عدم الاهتمام بالمطاحن البلدية التى تعمل بنظام الحجارة من خلال الصيانة الجيدة بصفة مستمرة، نظرا لأنه يوجد بها بعض الآلات المصنوعة من الرصاص والتى يتم تسريب أجزاء منها إلى الدقيق أثناء عملية طحن القمح.

أبو العزم أشار إلى ضرورة زراعة القمح بعيدا عن أماكن المواصلات مع ضرورة العناية به أثناء عملية نقل القمح من مكان إلى آخر، خاصة فى المسافات الطويلة فضلا عن اهتمام المسؤلين بالمتابعة والرقابة الجيدة على المطاحن للتأكد من مطابقة معداتها للمواصفات الفنية، وذلك لضمان إنتاج دقيق صالح للاستهلاك الآدمى وخالٍ من أى شوائب.

من جهته، أوضح فرج وهبة رئيس شعبة مخابز القاهرة بالغرفة التجارية أن المشكلة التى نواجهها حاليا فى الخبز، سواء فى القمح أو الدقيق البلدى، هى قيام الحكومة بالسماح للقطاع الخاص باستيراد الأقماح الرديئة من الخارج، الأمر الذى يؤدى إلى إنتاج خبز غير مطابق للمواصفات وغير صالح للاستهلاك الآدمى فى كثير من الأوقات، وهو ما حدث فى الفترة الماضية مطالبا المسؤلين بالإشراف الجيد على جميع الأقماح قبل طحنها للتأكد من خلوها من الشوائب الضارة.

فجرت د.وفاء عطا مديرة المعامل المركزية المتخصصة التابعة لوزارة الصحة، مفاجأة من العيار الثقيل فى قضية الخبز المسمم بالرصاص، حيث أكدت أن عينات الدقيق ما زالت تحت الفحص المعملى بالمعامل المركزية المتخصصة التابعة لوزارة الصحة، مؤكدة أن نتائج فحص الدقيق ستظهر نتائجها بعد يومين.

علم اليوم السابع أن حالة بعض المصابين بتسمم الرصاص من أبناء قرية البعيرات بالأقصر تدهورت مؤخراً بعد خروجهم من مركز السموم التابع لمستشفى الدمرداش، قبل أسبوع، لعدم توافر الأدوية الخاصة بحالتهم بمستشفيات الأقصر، أو المحافظات المجاورة.

وأكد المهندس حسان الأمير، أحد أقارب أسرة عثمان عميش، أولى الأسر التى ظهرت عليها أعراض الإصابة، أن أعراض التسمم عادت لتهاجم فاطمة الابنة الكبرى لعميش، ووالدتها عائشة أحمد عوض وشقيقها الأصغر، بعد أن فشلوا فى استكمال علاجهم بالأقصر، لعدم توافر الأدوية المضادة للتسمم بالمستشفيات الحكومية أو الخاصة.

وأشار الأمير إلى عودة المصابين من الأسرة الأولى للقاهرة اليوم لاستكمال علاجهم بمركز السموم بمستشفى الدمرداش، الذى استقبل أمس الثلاثاء، حالة جديدة مصابة بنفس أعراض تسمم الرصاص، خاصة وأنه لا توجد مراكز لعلاج التسمم بمستشفيات الصعيد، بما فيها مستشفى الأقصر الدولى الشهير، فضلاً عن عدم توافر مضادات التسمم الخاصة بعلاج تسمم الرصاص.

وانتقد الأمير حالة مستشفيات الصعيد المتردية، وخاصة مستشفى الأقصر الدولى، الذى يفاخر به المسئولون بالأقصر، مؤكداً أن المستشفى الذى يوصف بـ "الدولى" دون مستوى الخدمة، بعد أن فشل أطباؤه فى تشخيص حالة المرضى فى البداية، فضلاً عن عدم وجود الأدوية اللازمة لاستكمال علاج المصابين بعد خروجهم من مركز السموم، وهو ما أدى لتدهور حالتهم الصحية من جديد.

جدير بالذكر أن مسئولى وزارة الصحة والمجلس الأعلى لمدينة الأقصر لم يكتشفوا حتى الآن سبب إصابات تسمم الرصاص التى انتشرت فى قرية البعيرات مؤخراً، رغم قيام مديرية الصحة بالأقصر بسحب جميع كميات الدقيق المدعم الذى أشارت إليه أصابع الاتهام فى البداية من منازل المواطنين بدعوى فحصها، ومناشدتهم لأهالى البعيرات بعدم التعامل مع الدقيق المدعم بأى صورة عن طريق أئمة المساجد، ولم تعلن الصحة أو التضامن أى تفاصيل خاصة عن القضية رغم وصول إصابة جديدة صباح أمس لمركز السموم بمستشفى الدمرداش.

وأكدت مصادر عودة المصابين الاثنين لتلقى العلاج من جديد بمركز علاج التسمم بمستشفى الدمرداش الجامعى، بعد أن تدهورت حالتهم مؤخرا لضعف الرعاية الصحية بمستشفيات الأقصر.

وفجر مصدر طبى مفاجأة بتأكيده على إمكانية ظهور حالات أخرى مصابة بتسمم الرصاص مستقبلا فى قرية البعيرات التى ظهرت بها الإصابات تباعا، وأشار المصدر إلى أن أعراض تسمم الرصاص من الممكن أن تستغرق فترة طويلة للظهور، بحسب التعرض لمصدر التسمم، وبحسب نسبة الرصاص فى دم المصاب، مشيرا إلى أن بعض الحالات المحتجزة حاليا بمركز علاج التسمم استغرقت ما بين شهر إلى شهرين حتى ظهرت الأعراض عليها.

وأشار المصدر إلى عدم تحديد سبب الإصابات حتى الآن، رغم إعلان وزارة الصحة عن رفع عينات مختلفة من الدقيق والمياه بالقرية لتحديد مصدر الإصابات، وهو ما يعنى أن مصدر التسمم ما زال غير معروف، ويمكن أن يتسبب فى إصابات جديدة فى حالة استمرار تعرض أهالى القرية له.
