Epidemiological comments
The number of vaccinated birds include the vaccinated backyard poultry free of charge using inactivated avian influenza H5N1 vaccine.

A lot of vaccinated layer chickens became infected. Seems like they either didn't follow-up on their schedules of vaccination or the vaccine isn't working?
