أجرت غرفة الأزمات المركزية بمركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار بمجلس الوزراء خلال اجتماعها الأسبوعى الدورى اليوم، الاثنين، عدداً من المداخلات عبر الفيديو كونفرنس مع 4 محافظات (سوهاج، جنوب سيناء، أسوان، السويس) للوقوف على الإجراءات التى اتخذتها هذه المحافظات لمواجهة مرض أنفلونزا A/H1N1.
أكد مسئولو محافظة سوهاج، أن المحافظة يوجد بها 2064 مدرسة، و1521 مبنى تعليمياً، و35% من إجمالى عدد المدارس تعمل على فترة واحدة وباقى المدارس تعمل على فترتين، كما أن جميع المدارس يوجد بها غرفة للعزل مطابقة للشروط التى وضعتها الوزارة، كما أن أدوات النظافة اللازمة متوفرة بجميع المدارس وهناك متابعة كاملة من الهيئات المختلفة.
وفى الفترة الماضية تم اكتشاف 4 حالات مصابة فى بداية العام الدراسى وتم إغلاق الفصول التى ظهرت بها الحالات لمدة 15 يوماً إلى أن تم شفاؤها ثم عاد العمل به مرة أخرى، كما يوجد تعاون وثيق بين وزارة التربية والتعليم ووزارة الصحة لمتابعة حالة المدارس فى المدن والقرى وتقييم أوضاع المدارس بالكامل، والتأكد من التهوية الجيدة فى الفصول وعملية التخلص الكامل من النفايات، والتأكد من انطباق الشروط على غرفة العزل، ونظافة دورات المياه، بالإضافة إلى وجود مجموعة من الأطباء والممرضات للمتابعة الدورية للطلاب.
يوجد نحو 230 دار حضانة على مستوى المحافظة، وهناك لجان مشكلة على مستوى جميع الإدارات تقوم بعمل زيارات دورية للتأكد من الوضع الصحى للطلاب، وكل حضانة تعمل حسب السعة الخاصة بها، كما تتعاون كل حضانة مع طبيب للكشف على التلاميذ ومتابعتهم، وقد تم اتخاذ قرار بإيقاف بعض الحضانات لعدم توفر الرعاية الكاملة بهم.
وفى محافظة السويس تم تجهيز جميع المدارس قبل بدء العام الدراسى، من ناحية النظافة ودورات المياه، والزائرة الصحية وحجرة الاستقبال لعزل الطلبة المشتبه فى إصابتهم، كما توجد متابعة مشتركة بين مديرية الصحة والتعليم لنظافة المدارس ولنسبة الغياب، كما أن جميع المدارس بالمحافظة وعددهم 252 مدرسة مجهزة بالمطهرات والمنظفات، وتوجد غرفة عزل بكل مدرسة، كما توجد لجان مشتركة للتفتيش يومياً على المدارس.
أما فى محافظة جنوب سيناء فقد تم تنفيذ جميع التعليمات الخاصة بالنظافة داخل المدارس، بالإضافة إلى وجود رقابة مكثفة من المديرين ووكلاء الوزارات، كما تم تطهير خزانات المياه بالمدارس ودورات المياه والتأكد من نظافتها، حيث يوجد بالمحافظة 31 حضانة، 18 منها حكومية و13 خاصة وتوجد غرفة عزل وطبيب زائر فى كل حضانة.
وبالنسبة لمحافظة أسوان يوجد بها 1119 مدرسة، منهم 796 مدرسة تعمل فترة واحدة، و323 على فترتين، والموقف مطمئن بالمحافظة، كما تم توفير أدوات النظافة لكافة المدارس، ويوجد طبيب لكل مجموعة مدارس وممرضة لكل مدرسة، كما يوجد 187 معهداً أزهرياً بالمحافظة، يضمون 28.450 طالب، وقد تم تخصيص حجرة عزل فى كل معهد، كما تم إنفاق مبلغ 21 ألف جنيه لشراء أدوات نظافة، ومبلغ 250 ألف جنيه لتطوير دورات المياه فى المعاهد.
