[FONT=arial (arabic)]كشف مسح اخصائي أجرته جامعة بنها لدراسة معدل الاصابة السنوي بالدرن بقريتي كفر سعد وميت راضي مركز بنها كنموذج لقري المحافظة عن ارتفاع معدل الاصابة بالمرض بالقريتين إلي‏60‏ حالة في كل‏100‏ ألف نسمة أي ما يعادل‏3‏ أضعاف المعدل العالمي‏.‏ صرح بذلك د‏.‏ محمد صفوت زهران نائب رئيس جامعة بنها لشئون خدمة المجتمع والبيئة وأوضح أن المسح أجري ضمن فعاليات الحملة الاقليمية لمكافحة الدرن بمحافظة القليوبية حيث تم اختيارها ضمن القريتين لانهما تعدان من القري الأكثر فقرا وأكثر معدل اصابة بهذا المرض‏.‏ وأضاف د‏.‏ أحمد جودة الجزار أستاذ الأمراض الصدرية بكلية طب بنها أن هذا المعدل يمثل نسبة مخيفة للاصابة بالمرض وأن الحملة التي شارك فيها أعضاء هيئة التدريس من قسم الأمراض الصدرية بكلية طب بنها قامت باجراء اختبار التيوبركلين علي‏215‏ حالة من أهالي القرية المشتبه في اصابتهم اكتشف منها‏135‏ حالية يشتبه في اصابتها بالدرن الرئوي وتم تحويلهم إلي مستشفي الصدر ببنها‏.‏[/FONT]​
