Al-Sharqiya Governor explained that the committee is responsible for implementing the provisions of the national plan to combat influenza and avian influenza and to inform the health team of all health facilities about flu and avian flu, providing the necessary medicines and supplies to confront the disease and identify a team in the health affairs directorate. The governor said that the committee will work on the implementation of measures to combat the spread of infection to prevent the disease, and warn citizens to deal with migratory birds and prevent fishing.
