أكد سعيد عماره مدير مديريه التربية والتعليم بمحافظه حلوان، أن المهندس حازم القويضى محافظ حلوان أصدر قرارا بإغلاق فصلين دراسيين بمدرسة بنت الشاطئ والتابعة لمحافظه حلوان لمده 15 يوما بعد التأكد من إصابة طالبتين فى المدرسة تبلغان من العمر 8 و9 سنوات، كما تم إغلاق فصل بمدرسة حدائق المعادى القومية بعد التأكد من إصابة طالبه تبلغ من العمر 11 عاما.
ومن جانبه أكد اللواء اشرف الشرقاوى رئيس الإدارة المركزية لمكتب شئون المحافظ ، أن الفصل الذى تم غلقه بمدرسة حدائق المعادى يعتبر الفصل الثانى فى المدرسة والذى سيتم غلقه، حيث سجلت نفس المدرسة إصابة أول أمس لطالب فى المرحلة الابتدائية وتم إغلاق الفصل.
