كما قرر تشكيل غرف عمليات رئيسية بدواوين المحافظات، وربطها بجميع المراكز والمدن، لتلقى أى بلاغات أو شكاوى من جانب المواطنين، على مدار ٢٤ ساعة، خلال الشهر الكريم.
