فيما قرر المهندس سامى عمارة محافظ المنوفية غلق فصلين وحضانة لمدة أسبوع وذلك بعد ثبوت إصابة 4 طلاب بالمرض وهم آية جلال سليمان، 13 سنة، بالصف الأول الإعدادى بمدرسة أشمون الاعدادية (لن يغلق الفصل) بسبب عدم حضورها ومقيمة بأشمون وآية محمود بركات، 16 سنة، بالصف الأول الثانوى التجارى مدرسة شما الثانوية التجارية وجهاد صالح سالم، 4 سنوات، طفلة بحضانة تنمية المجتمع بمجريا وأحمد عبد الفتاح محمود، 10 سنوات، بالصف الرابع الابتدائى بمدرسة الأزهار الابتدائية بمنوف.
